The MOQ for regular products is 1,200 pairs. This applies only to our existing shoe molds.

In-stock samples ship within 10 days. If a new mold/model is required, the lead time is longer—approximately 20 days.

1. Fabric & Cutting
Inspect color difference, scars, cracks, paint peeling, thickness, fastness, tensile strength, and colorfastness; ensure color consistency within the same fabric batch.
Conduct random testing for each batch; approve the pre-production sample before bulk production and compare fabric against the approved sample.
During die-cutting, confirm materials match the approved production sample, dies are not deformed, and dies match the sample.
2. Stitching & Outsourced Processing
In-house stitching: first-article inspection plus three checks (self-check, mutual check, and patrol inspection); control stitch length, alignment, and broken needles; no defective work is passed downstream.
Outsourced processing: unauthorized process changes are prohibited; ensure no cutting corners. Conduct unscheduled inspections of outsourcing sites.
Upon return to factory: all incoming semi-finished goods are inspected for stitching, color difference, sizes, and mixed sizes.
Rework may be returned to the subcontractor; batch defects are traced and recorded.
3. Molding
Confirm the approved sample and complete production preparation. Ensure production matches the approved sample.
During line production, QC checks details for issues such as loose threads, missing material, bubbles, shrink marks, flash, color difference, and sizes.
Before packing, confirm size assortments are correct and packaging is in order.

We strongly recommend Alipay, PayPal, or T/T.

After the deposit and samples are confirmed, lead time is generally 25–40 days, depending on order quantity.
